Solarspot® roof flashings

Regardless of the application and whatever the roof type, there will be a Solarspot® flashing to match.

All Solarspot® flashings are manufactured in one piece, to prevent any leakage, and designed to fit quickly and neatly into the roof, ensuring a weather-proof and maintenance free installation.

Various roof flashings are listed below but if the roof type you are working with is not here or you need more information, call us on +39 0332 700137 to discuss your requirements.

Solarspot® flat roof flashing

This circular spun aluminium flashing is ideal for installation into any flat roof. It can be installed as part of a new or replacement flat roof or retro fitted into an existing roof. A Solarspot flat roof TDS is also the perfect alternative to a traditional square roof light. The SolarSpot D-25 and D-38 systems will usual fit straight into an existing roof without adjustment to existing joists. And because the system is supplied fully assembled. It means that a system can normally be installed in hours rather than days – they are also part L compliant.

Solarspot® slate roof flashing

For all slate roofs with a pitch of at least 20 degrees. This flashing features an angled upstand to raise the dome up towards the sky, increasing the light-capture capture capabilities on steeper pitched roofs. The angled upstand also boosts the system performance on north, west and east facing roofs. For shallow pitched slate roofs or south-facing aspects we recommend the parallel version of this flashing.

Solarspot® angled plain tile flashing

For all roofs using small plain tiles with a pitch of at least 20 degrees. This flashing features an angled upstand to raise the dome up towards the sky, increasing the light-capture capture capabilities on steeper pitched roofs. The angled upstand also boosts the system performance on north, west and east facing roofs. For shallow pitched slate roofs we suggest using our parallel turret flashing

Solarspot® interlocking tile flashing

For all roofs using concrete profiled interlocking tiles with a pitch of at least 20 degrees opt for the angled turret flashing. For shallow pitched interlocking tiles or south-facing roofs, select the parallel flashing (pictured above).

Solarspot® shallow-pitch flashing – roofs less than 20° or for south-facing aspects

For all roofs with a pitch of less than 20 degrees. This flashing features a parallel upstand and is suitable for all roof tile types. The one-piece ABS unit is seamlessly moulded to prevent any chance of leakage and suitable for all roof aspects. We also recommend this flashing for steeper south-facing roofs.

Solarspot® curb-mount flashing

The curb-mount flashing is ideal for applications where the dome needs to be raised to a height beyond that of a standard flashing. This flashing is ideal for applications such as green roofs where the dome needs to be higher than the surrounding vegetation or on specialist membrane or GRP roofs.
